Off-Site (Outdoor Arts Development) - Launch event

Published 25th October 2016. On Thursday 24 November, we are hosting a special event to celebrate the launch of our new outdoor arts and artist development programme: Offsite.

SO Festival 2017 are pleased to announce that we will be working with Déda in the delivery of the OffSite Programme.

Offsite is a NEW artist development programme run by Déda to follow on from the published evaluation of On Site (2013).

The programme has been established to develop further opportunities for outdoor artists based in the region. Over its course, the programme looks to create opportunities that take regional talent to the national and international market place whilst representing Déda as a Midlands hub for Outdoor Arts Development.

On Thursday 24 November, we are hosting a special event to celebrate the launch of our new outdoor arts and artist development programme: Offsite.

Led by Déda's Creative Producer, Phil Hargreaves, OffSite has been designed to develop further opportunities for outdoor arts in the region.

Join us from 5-7pm for a special drinks reception as we discuss this innovative and exciting programme which will include artists, festivals and promotors involved in or interested in the outdoor arts world. Please RSVP to Phil Hargreaves by 5pm Monday 21 November.

After the launch we are pleased to be welcoming to our theatre Joan Clevillé Dance with their playful new show Plan B for Utopia. Tickets are priced at £12.00 (£10.00 concession) and the performance will begin at 7.30pm following the launch event.
