The SO Festival Creative Collective puts young people at the centre of creativity. You’ll explore festival and arts roles, build confidence, gain useful work experience and have your voice heard in real projects.
Who’s It For?
- People aged 18–25
- Living in Mablethorpe or Skegness
- No experience needed!
Join the Creative Collective to:
• Gain experience in roles across SO Festival and other organisations in events, media and marketing, producing, technical production
• Build creative and professional skills through voluntary or paid work
• Behind‑the‑scenes access to SO Festival
• Share your ideas and help shape upcoming projects
• Join regular sessions with a small group of young creatives
• Attend supported trips, workshops and training
• Connect with industry professionals and grow your network
The Creative Collective is a friendly, supportive space open to anyone aged 18-25 living in Skegness or Mablethorpe to develop skills, gain useful experience and influence the future of creativity in your area. No experience necessary!
